RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Gift vouchers expire after 12 months from date of purchase.
Please note there are no refunds once deposits or full payment is made. However, if unforeseen circumstances were to arise requiring to cancel, we are more than happy to reschedule your retreat for a future date, however this will incur a rescheduling fee.
If no show or cancellation occurs within one week of arrival date, 100% of the total booking fee may apply.
All rescheduled bookings must be completed within 12 months of the original booking date, thank you.
